DIAL stands for the Directorate of International Relations and Academic Linkages. It is a department at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) dedicated to fostering international collaborations, academic partnerships, and cultural exchanges.

DIAL offers a variety of services, including:

• Facilitating international student and staff exchanges
• Establishing and maintaining academic linkages and collaborations
• resource mobilization efforts
• Engaging in community outreach programs
• Assisting with student attachments and placements

The Postgraduate, Research, Linkages, and Innovation (PSRLI) Committee of the Senate includes the DVC (PRI) as Chair, Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Directors of REL, STPIL, PSSP, ODEL, and DIRAL, Senate Representatives, University Librarian, School/Faculty Representatives, Finance Officer, and Secretariat from the DVC (PRI) Office. The committee is responsible for developing, reviewing, approving, and implementing policies and procedures on behalf of the Senate.
